Our Breezeline box suddenly failed a month or so ago and they sent a repair guy to install all new equipment for free! But now their speed has plummeted with constant waits for the guide to display and shows interrupted with the spinning wheel. They have also purposely taken away previous functions. One of many examples: If you rewind a live show, you can't FF in order to make you watch commercials. Then your only option is to go to live, and miss the latest (e.g. of a football game).

I had WOW for 3 1/2 years before Breezeline took over and had 2 issues the whole time. Ever since Breezeline has taken over, I constantly have internet drops and bandwidth issues. I'm paying for 500/50 and I never get 500 down on a hardwired connection anymore. I have to restart my modem and router at least 3 times a week when I'd only have to do that 3 times a year with WOW. I can't wait to get rid of Breezeline, they've been absolutely awful. Also, this app is pure garbage.

The app that doesn't really work. The reset function appears to be a "dummy switch". Nothing actually happens. It would be a cool feature if it worked, though. It has been necessary to reboot the modem on regular intervals. So I'm left with an app that let's me look at my account. I prefer a bigger screen for this task. Called Breezeline for some tech support, but that turned out to be a waste of my valuable time. 2 star's after all the app do have written instructions on manual reboot.
