Worst service in the chat! Customer service sucked not listening to what I had to say even though I said it multiple times. Not to mention way to high in interest. Also got called a sir. They really know how to tick someone off!! Its better off to call by phone because they don't pay attention to what you say

On top of getting all your data to sell,they have a 666% finance charge. Modern day loan sharks. $1600+ finance charge for a $300 loan. STAY AWAY, youre better off without their service, this is more of a punishment packaged as "help". Nope.jpg

Bright Lending (BL) is organized under and licensed by the Fort Belknap Indian Community. Our Tribal Lending Code precludes the sale of consumer data. We advise our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing and recommend early payment to reduce the cost of borrowing. APR and finance charges reflect minimum payments over the loan term.

Was supouse to recive money today have not Iv called my bank they hevent recived anything Tried calling their support and cant get with a human messaged them and it feels more like copy paste responses asked for a call and still havent got one. Update I have now waited over an hour for the requested call still no hear. 3:18pm 7/3/23. Final update I recived the funds 1hr before my bank closed.
