This thing is weird, as far as the camera goes it's good the picture is clear buuut if I have it on motion sensor it's ALWAYS WILL face itself toward the wall. Every single time. So I turned that feature off and it was fine. But it started doing it w/no motion sensor on. The video shows me in the room and it just turned itself around and faced the wall all by itself with no sensor or anything . Why does it keep doing this? It's annoying.

As far as Hardware goes the camera itself is great. It functions totally as would expect. However the software is complete and total garbage. First of all absolutely none of the notifications work whatsoever. You will never get a single notification from this camera effectively rendering it completely useless if your intent is to be notified for anything happening. I'd love to be able to flash the firmware with anything other than Brookstone software

Not super impressed. I pay for the service. I get hardly any notifications on low detection for when I'm sleeping. So I keep it on medium. It goes of when the curtain moves from the fan blowing. Doesn't give an option to turn off alarms when it detects device you use. The audio is trash and can't hear anything except cutting out when you talk on both ends. Through camera or when someone is talking in your home. I won't purchase again.
