Poor cohesive experience between email marketing & app teams. Used the app solely to take advantage of a first-time user discount via email. Throughout the process there was no instruction to apply nor was it applied automatically. Upon check out I was only offered a free side of chips & queso which I didn't want, but decided to add it to at least get something out of the deal. I tried to select that to activate it & it wouldn't allow it due to an error. First & last time using the app.

Confusing UI and buggy. Unless you have your location turned on, the app freezes on order. The Bubbakoo team needs to redo the design. I understand Green, Black, and White are the themes, but the error prompt to select a choice requires a good eye to see a whited out error selection. Scheduling pickup times is not perfect. They had the wrong timezone for my pickup time and I had to call the actual restaurant to move the pickup time later.

BE CAREFUL! I used this app a few times and didn't know why my total was so high. Turns out the app defaults the tip to $10, no matter what you buy. I went to buy Tots and had a massive total on my credit card because of it. I went in to the store to complain and they couldn't refund me because either was a tip and not a regular charge. I deleted the app after clearing my balance.
