The app itself is pretty good. But my experience as a seller was not great. First, they take a good percentage of your sale--in my case a bike. Then they're not clear up front that you have to pay an additional $50 for the packaging to ship your bike. When I received my packaging, there were missing cut outs according to what was used in their instructions. And the instructions themselves were very unclear. Ended up having to buy my own additional packaging to protect the bike.

Pretty good app and a great idea. Unfortunately, because the interaction with sellers seems to not be managed by the application or the system itself, any messages and offers go unanswered for long periods. The searches saved on the web or app don't show in the app later, only on the web. Thr app displays an error message. There are automated emails indicating when others are bidding on bikes saved, but there is no indication which saved bike it is. If you have multiple saved you can't tell.

Had a good experience with Buycycle. There are lots of bikes for sale so you have many options at any price point. I bought an eight year old high-end Cannondale road bike and saved a LOT of money compared to new. The bike came from Germany, and there was a little bit of confusion with the shipping. Also the shipping box was beat up but the bike with in good shape and came as advertised (good condition, which meant a number of scuffs and dings but noting structural). Good experience overall.
