App stopped working. Went all the way to customer site, and I can't use the app. Total waste of time. Now, BYD are not even answering the phone. How am I supposed to support my customers????

Really disappointed with the app and the network capabilities of the battery. The battery connected by LAN to the local network, but the application cannot detect it, it asks to connect to the battery's own Wifi network. Which fortunately is off at the moment, otherwise when it is on, it poses a 10/10 cyber security risk. The battery's Wifi AP has a common format for SSID containing some different letter for different batteries, but the password is all the same for all BYD batteries.
