FieldLog is the daily reporting app for general contractors and subcontractors. Record the day’s work by voice or type it in, review the draft, attach photos, and file a sealed jobsite record.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
Speak your log on site. FieldLog transcribes the recording and drafts crew, hours, work performed, safety notes, and jobsite weather from the project address. Review everything before you submit. Prefer typing? Skip the mic and enter the log yourself.

HOW TEAMS WORK TOGETHER
• GC teams file orange daily logs and approve subcontractor reports
• Assigned subcontractors file their own logs on the jobs they are invited to
• Viewers get read-only access for owners, owner’s reps, architects, and office staff
• One daily log per project per day, with amendments for corrections after approval

PHOTOS, FILES, AND EXPORTS
Attach jobsite photos and documents to any log. Download a single log or export a project ZIP grouped by date, including log text, photos, and stored voice audio.

OWNER UPDATES
Share secure, read-only owner reports from approved logs so stakeholders can follow progress without editing field records.

TASKS AND FOLLOW-THROUGH
Create tasks from the field or let FieldLog extract action items from filed logs. Message the project team with a timestamped history that stays with the job.

ROLES AND ACCESS
GC Primary Admin, Sub Admin, GC Team Member, Viewer, and Subcontractor. Team members and subs join by invite — they do not create a public account.

FieldLog does not track live GPS. Weather is a snapshot for the project address and log date.

An account is required. GC Primary Admins sign up in the app or on the web. Superintendents, viewers, and subcontractors use the invite they receive from their contractor.
