Very poor service experience. I placed a prepaid order, but it was never delivered. The delivery date was delayed multiple times, and finally the order was returned without even reaching me. Customer support only kept sending generic apology messages without any real resolution. This was a medicine order, and such delays are completely unacceptable. Highly disappointed.

Very disappointed with the service. The app promised that the medicine would be delivered within 2 hours, but later I was informed that the delivery partner only goes out at 4 PM. This kind of misleading information is frustrating, especially when medicines are involved and timing matters. The app should provide accurate delivery timelines instead of false promises.

If someone is ordering medicine in midnight surly there is an emergency that's why they are ordering instead of going directly to the store but so disappointed by this app experience after calling so many times no one is receiving cls no one is there to ans what's app chats don't understand what's the point of the app ,at the end we need to go the store only to take medicine.and after all these your sending feedback link literally wow so disappointed will never suggest it to anyone
