The app crashes every second and that's not even an exaggeration. With 5 items on the cart, each time I add another one it shows my shopping cart is empty. App is super slow and UI UX is pathetic. Takes me forever to order medicines. Oh, and they definitely do not deliver on time, especially during an emergency, when you need medicines within 2 hrs. definitely not a reliable app, I use it as my backup medicines place when the local ones are not available.

Very disappointed with the service. The app promised that the medicine would be delivered within 2 hours, but later I was informed that the delivery partner only goes out at 4 PM. This kind of misleading information is frustrating, especially when medicines are involved and timing matters. The app should provide accurate delivery timelines instead of false promises.

Don't ever use this app for online orders, they send incorrect items and when you raise a return they say to visit the store from where it was delivered irrespective of how far the store is, this is the way you have to keep the wrong item and they never arrange for return.
