The app is very slow and often doesn’t register taps. The cart doesn’t clear after placing an order, so I have to empty it manually. Delivery is set to 2 hours, but orders frequently arrive much later. Once over 6 hours despite multiple calls to support and them saying that my order has been prioritized. I finally ended up picking it up myself. The search store option for pickup often doesn’t work, and saved addresses are a hassle. Also, why ask for my address when I select pickup from store?

It is true that they deliver via swiggy or zomato. Some people are saying that they took 2-3 hour to deliver, maybe, even giant E-commerce companies are not able to do this, recently swiggy partened with pharmeasy for fast deliveries. This app delivered my orders within an hour every time, so they deserve a 5-star. *Edit- They got some issues these days, sometimes they don't respond, sometimes order gets cancelled after waiting a whole f##king day.

I placed an order for medicine at 12:00 AM (midnight) and the app immediately provided an estimated delivery time of 1:44 AM, suggesting a fast, overnight service. However, the order was not delivered until 2:45 PM the following day, resulting in a delay of over 13 hours from the initial estimate. Please fix your estimation system to reflect actual delivery capabilities, especially for late-night purchases. What if the person's condition becomes serious?
