Been having issues with offers I have won in games, they disappear before I use them, and before they have expired! I have contacted customer support but so far no reply. Otherwise, lots of great loadable coupons, easy to use my Co-Op cash at the till. I'm not a fan of the tiny 'clipped offers' drop down tab, I'd like it to be bigger, and easier to read and access.

It's WAY TOO LABOUR INTENSIVE! Appreciate the offers, but makes us choose the offers. I realize that you want to know what interests us, but just have them loaded, and if we use them, then you'll know. Between coop and sobeys wanting us to waste time going through the apps, I'm considering just shopping and not jumping through hoops for the discounts. Will just shop where the offers are clear for everyone!

Horrible app. You simply can't sign up. It takes your SIN and credit card. It charges you $1 the just says "error". Nothing you can do. This app literally just stole a dollar from me, delivered nothing, and all I get was "error". You'd think they would charge AFTER you received the membership. Nope.
