Been having issues with offers I have won in games, they disappear before I use them, and before they have expired! I have contacted customer support but so far no reply. Otherwise, lots of great loadable coupons, easy to use my Co-Op cash at the till. I'm not a fan of the tiny 'clipped offers' drop down tab, I'd like it to be bigger, and easier to read and access.

Latest update broke the app and functionality. Now whenever I try to use the app it just takes me to their external website on my browser and whenever I try to sign it it just signs me out immediately after. Both the app and their website don't work properly anymore. Looks like I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The customer service is great at Calgary coop and the quality of service and product are superior to most I love shopping Calgary coop and I love the app the bonus Cash just keeps adding up and you can spend it on anything in the store and even on fuel and carwashes it's great 👍
