In April, I paid for a one year subscription, and now I think it was an error. Today, I was in a phone call, the communication was interrupted, and I received a message that the app had a bug. Now, I can't receive calls or messages.

Worst customer service I have ever had. 55 minutes of delay delay delay by "Albert" on the chat, with zero progress attempting to cancel my subscription. Multiple polite but meaningless responses. I think the company deliberately stalks the communication in hopes that I will give up and continue to pay them for a service I cannot use. SO FRUSTRATING.

Hello, I wanted to inform you that I got a phone number on Calilio yesterday, but I am unable to answer calls. Every time I try to pick up, the call gets disconnected. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't been able to answer a single call. This is frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I would like to get refund of it. very much disappointed since 5 days I have been trying to receive calls but calls get disconnected, support service people also failed to rectify the issue.
