Bugs over bugs. I run into so many weird problems using this app, that I am going to change my bank to another one. Setting up the app ends mostly in errors and needs multiple attempts with prior reinstallation. Then I constantly run into "session expired" issues and whatnot. When setting up the app, it requires your Cambodian Sim to be active AND connected to the internet, which would lead to high roaming cost if being abroad. Sometimes the app just crashes after login.

the app doesn't even work for a few days already. their technical support team is also of less usefulness. so far that's no solution for a certain number of customers like me. how I really trust Fintech app when it just randomly crashes and no ETA for the fixes?

This app doesn't even show correct information, it say my recent transaction in May, but there are interest and tax every month, and a real transaction in October. in an other account, it say zero transaction in September, but there are suppose to be at least 4. Not using this app.
