Ratings and reviews

This app is beneficial in finding and being able to perform most of your transactions and payments. You can view your balances, transactions, and history. It's user-friendly. The only issue I had was not being able to find 'verify card' when I received my replacement card. I had seen it prior to getting my card, but I can't find it now.

* CT money credited when order ready to pickup. Changed to 4 stars due to cancellation issue * First time to purchase item online, it went through without hassle. I noticed, however, that I didn't get CT money with my purchase (more than $300 worth). It didn't let me cancel until I called. I signed in for all the rewards and then did the purchase again but still no CT money credited. Maybe I missed a step or not use this app to purchase anymore. I'll wait for a response and revisit this review.

Worked great for the longest time then it started acting up. Would log in then it would flash right back to log in screen. I have uninstaled it and reinstalled it many times I have even did a factory reset on phone but it's still doing it. What's up with the mobile app
