The app will not let me move from the transfer screen to the accounts screen. This is an aggravating little glitch that needs to be fixed. Good app let than that though.
Something is wrong with the app, I haven't been able to make remote deposits for over a week :(
READ THIS FOR HELP WITH APP: When you first try to go onto the app, more than likely it won't let you login because of CapEds new technology. Easy fix, so you don't need a computer to do this, you just need to be able to access CapEds website. Then type in your member number or user ID, then it will say something like "You haven't logged into the app yet, let's set up your account." So it will ask you to create a TEMPORARY password first. For example, you can put the first 4 letters of your last name and the last 4 of your social as your temp password because it's easy to remember. Then right after you do that it will ask you to make an actual password and it will walk you from the steps from there. Hope it helped! It's frustrating they are updating their system but if they wouldn't of done it they would of done it sooner or later.
The app is not as clean as the old one was, but it is nice to be able to see and transfer to and from all of my accounts. The old app I could only see my main account. All and all, the app is not bad. Was a pain to set up, but past that it does what a mobile banking app should.
Streamlined login proves is defective, asks for fingerprint id, errors out, requests PIN instead, shakes my confidence in app security. Also, app forces unnecessary navigation to get to logout button.
It works great for me. I can deposit checks, make payments on my loans, transfer money from one account to another, and many other things. All without having to go to the bank. Now, if only I could take a cash advance without going to an ATM. 😁
