The Westchester Library System is now available as an app for your tablet or smartphone. This app is the quickest, easiest way to checkout your materials - no wallet necessary.

Checkout: Use your digital library card to checkout materials in person.

This used to be a great app. But now you cannot link your existing library card to the app, making it impossible to: 1. Place holds for materials 2. See status of holds and checked out materials To register your card it requests your barcode and PIN, but this always fails. And the failure feedback message tells you nothing about why it failed. And if it's an app asking for a barcode, where is the barcode scanner functionality? App can still be used to search for materials.

This app has hardly ever worked. It takes forever to connect your account, searching is a drag, and when you go to place a hold, it tells you you're unable to do so... but the hold goes through. Now I'm just going to struggle though the mobile version of the website.

you cannot complete installation on an Android because the pop-up confirmation does not appear like it does on an iOS device. So basically I am unable to complete installation and use of this app. Very frustrating
