The app auto redeem 2 of the same 1-for-1 pizza deals while I was pondering on whether to redeem usong my Star$. The app did not prompt me to CONFIRM either. Customer Service was not very helpful. I definitely DID NOT hit the Redeem or non-appearing Confirm button at all. Yet, they REFUSED to reverse the FORCED redemptions even thought it was no fault of mine. The app is definaitely buggy. Please beware or be sorry.
You have to retake photo of your receipt at least 5 times before they think it is good enough for submission. Total waste of time and makes me angry every time.
Lousy app! Keeps hanging when u try to take photo of the receipt to submit. First receipt goes thru but subsequent receipts do not. Y develop a app that is worse than the machine in your mall? ???
2 submission of my receipt was rejected using this app.It keeps rejecting our submission. And it does not make things easier for users. Still prefer to scan the receipt in the mall to avoid rejection.
Oh wow. Updated it cause my scanned receipt kept loading and doesn't go through. And now all I get is a blank page with "http/1.1 Service Unavailable" when I click into the app. Congrats Capitastar you have gotten from bad to worse.
Capital mall should not find such a low level software engineer.
