This is the most unrewarding mall now with restricted payment modes/methods/card that can earn points. Used to be so happy shopping with Capitamalls but not anymore. As customers, we are not valued at all when we shop in the mall and this is the sentiment we have now. Frankly, scanning receipts were no frills and I was impressed with the app being able to award points almost instantly back then, now the "approved" methods don't even work for purchase from store's online platforms!

Like what the other comments has suggested, you removed the upload receipt option, which was working well. Not only that, your newly suggested linked payment method via DBS, used to work before July, and now it suddenly stops working? To add salt to the wound, there is no live agen to talk to and your bot tells me email you guys but there is no reply after so long (several days already)? Can you guys fix this issue? Perhaps hire a few local software engineers to look into this problem?

not user friendly. Latest update 9 Apr 26. Came to revisit the so-called 'updated' version of it a year later to see any changes. Don't waste your time. Just uninstall it. Very unrewarding loyalty scheme. Now, cannot earn e-stars just by uploading your receipts. Make you link up your cards with apps and all. You are better off with Healthy 365 app. So straight foward.
