If the company is too stingy to give points for purchases made in it's mall, don't come out with this reward system to fool patrons. I've a few rejected receipts which summed up to a few hundreds due to 'blur photos' of the receipts which was total nonsense as they were just fine. In the past, there was no such gimmicks, now is the company trying to cut cost by rejecting as many receipts as possible? Total disappointment! Have been a regular shopper in the malls. Now need to think twice!

Wonder why after the update, I can't input purchase value. Update: Uninstall & install resolved the issue. Hence update star rating from 1 to 4. Update: faced same issue of not being able to input value on 5/1/2022 for 2 receipts despite uninstalling & reinstalling app. Can't proceed. How? 11/5/2022 - can't input purchase value again. Haiz. Again, unable to input purchase value @12:16am on 8/9 for 7/9 invoice. Update: Since their updates, this problem was resolved. Re-rate from 1 star to 4.

I encountered VERY bad experience of capital app!!! last year I Cant upload receipt just because I used "Go keyboard " and upgraded Samsung software. capital star Cant resolve and end up I have to submit my phone at Samsung service centre to get it done! Again now year 2023 SAME ISSUES after updated capital star app and Samsung software Cant upload receipts!!! Instead of resolve my issue capital star advised me switch to Samsung default keyboard instead. What a lousy app which doesn't make sens!
