the app is decent, but it would be nice if they could allow users to transfer money from our own account to our e wallets just like fnb, and the app lags most of the time.and it would be nice to consider lowering the service fees I sent an e wallet for 20 only , just for them to take 13 service fee. it would be helpful too if you could project the service fee when people want to transact , so that they might know the fee before hand

The Transfering option is very bad ATM, hardly working and taking forever to transfer money and mostly not working and giving a error and dead slow. Fix this issue Bank Windhoek,wake up !!!

I like that they prioritize security, had major issues with standard bank and FNB and the constant hacks. The app isn't perfect, however they are actively working on improvements and you can tell. Still love the customer service provided by the bank, they are miles ahead of the other banks.
