Remember when instagram showed you people you followed in chronoligical order, didn't attempt to prey on media addiction, you could curate a profile to look at only art without a bunch of ads and shorts distracting you? It's like that. Like when that app was good and ethical, and catered specifically towards humans making art. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that it sometimes has server issues. I don't mind though. I like not feeling addicted to my phone.

It's a very good app for people who are wanting to avoid having not safe for work and AI content on their screen. it gets the job done as being a replacement for deviantART and Twitter, however, if you're wanting really deep connections with other artists and constant following, look elsewhere. recently this app has been populated by a lot of younger teenagers, some of which are using this platform as their personal diary, that killed this app for me. There should be an age limit.

they have fixed a lot and have worked very hard to make this app a wonderful place for us to share art safely! it pains me to see so many artist giving it one star. there was a time that we couldn't post yes but they did EVERYTHING to fix the problem as fast as they could. they are HUMAN and was able to fix the problem in a few days. y'all say you hate Instagram yet you keep going back just for what? 100 more likes? y'all would have more followers on cara if you actually did more then just post.
