ECG and Sleep Tracking
Our app does not have built-in ECG / EKG functionality and does not measure individual heart rates. We retrieve sleep tracking data directly from the Google Fit, Fitbit, or Garmin Connect apps and show this information in the context of your heart rate. We don’t write any data to Google Fit yet, but stay tuned for updates.

Worked great year one. Since August 2023, App does not track unless manually pushed to do so and only records for that moment. Customer service tried to help, but un successful. Re-installed, restarted, etc., etc., All settings checked for correctness per cardiogram instructions. All good there. Still no auto record...continuing to have problems w/ app. Despite 2 customer service troubleshoots, still does not record or connect , at best intermiitently. Can not recommend.

Hi Chris. I do see that we attempted to reach out to you, and you viewed the email, but we did not get a response from you back in November. We're curious to see the second support troubleshooting steps that were provided to you. If you would like to try to reach back out please do. Take care out there.

I had some issues with data recording at first from my Galaxy watch 4, but I contacted support and they had me change some settings. Now the app seems to work great, I have heart issues on both sides of my family. So, it's nice to see the data. If you're having issues I would contact support and they should be able to help you. They were super nice and I recommend the app

Loved this App at first seemed to work great and i paid for subscription. But recently its been missing alot of data even when google fit has the data missing from cardiogram so its the App not my watch or sensors. For instance during sleeps periods i have large amounts of missing data, even with wearing watch tight. But when i check google fit it has no missing heart data. Great concept but seems not even close to being accurate.

After the launch of the Galaxy Watch 4, we've only been able to pull certain data points from Google Fit and now require the Cardiogram watch app to run in the background for HR measurements. Your sleep should be synced from the watch app, though. Can you send an email to hello@cardiogram.com so we can investigate this?
