Safety starts with understanding how developers collect and share your data. Data privacy and security practices may vary based on your use, region, and age. The developer provided this information and may update it over time.
I wish I could rate this higher, because I've been a longtime, dedicated user for nearly 8 years now—and while some long-standing issues have been fixed over time, lately there's been backsliding. Inconsistent sleep monitoring, heart rate tracking, or activity detection have been ongoing issues that come and go. Recently I've been having trouble with the app not showing or syncing data properly, even though the online portal shows that the data was properly logged. Very frustrating.

I've been a Fitbit user for almost 4 years now, and appreciate many things about the device and app. But since the new update a few months ago, I've been really frustrated with the sleep data design. I assume that the new design is meant to feel more streamlined and simple, but it is not an improvement. Please change it back!

Since early November I've been having issues syncing with my Charge 5. I've restarted the Fitbit (didn't work), force stopped the app on my phone to restart Bluetooth (didn't work). The only thing that worked (for half a day) was to uninstall the app, reinstall it, and then restart my phone. Extremely aggravating. It no longer provides an error message as to why it's not syncing either. Everything was perfectly fine before and that's the only reason for the additional star.
