Updating. Thank you for putting the battery level indicator back. I hold off updating the app, because the interphase seems to get worse with each new update! You can't fine tune it to your own liking. You have to use the presets! The graphics are plain and bland! And you can't go from day to day while inside an excersice or heart rate screen like you used to! If there was a way to go back to the original app, I absolutely would!

I used to love my Fitbit, but recently I've had the issue of the app not syncing. After Uninstalling and reinstalling, I finally got it to sync, but the weather is set to Celsius. I go to settings to change it, but the screen is totally blank. Help! To add to this review, I tried contacting you for help and I'm getting a blank screen there too. Blank screen on all settings.

Great system and app... 8 years ago. Fitbit's focus was on community. The interface was recently updated to provide less detail, is jumbled and confusing, and is less user friendly. It is now harder to track activity. Focus is now on pushing Fitbit premium, more tabs, more options I don't want or need just so they can constantly try to sell more services. User groups were discontinued. Fitbit is a shadow of its former self. They never fixed errors I reported back in 2015. They just don't care.
