It hasn't been able to open Spotify for months —it just stalls out trying to load and then closes. This was one of the few reasons I used fitbit. That, the sleeping (new interface is a mess), and heart rate zones. Very clocks show your heart rate zone in a clean, easy to read design, if at all. Also, I agree with the other reviewers who the way weight trends are displayed stupid. You can only see your weight on a graph per year, instead of a rolling 12-month increment. All in all, BOOOO.

EDIT: The app has a problem, has had a problem for a while, and, instead of acknowledging it, they say reinstall the app. Guess what? That doesn't fix it! See review below: The app crashes any time I want to look at a swim exercise. Seeing as half of my exercising is swimming, it's really frustrating that I can't look back at half of my exercises. This has been a problem since the redesign, so months.

I've been using Fitbit for nearly 10 years and can say with certainty that the app has only gotten worse over time. And Google buying them has only accelerated the decline. It's not that "all the good stuff" is paywalled in Premium, either. I found Premium features to be completely useless. The app is less customizable, and the graphics are more difficult to read/interpret. My love of long term data is the only thing preventing me from leaving but if the app gets any worse, so long!
