this app, and the packtalk edge, are not good products. Simply too expensive for what they offer, and not easy to use. It takes my group 5-10 minutes to try and add a new rider to the group. half the time we give up because it took too long. it's not intuitive at all. adding a new rider should be easy. There is also no auto shutdown feature. If you forgot to turn off your cardo after your ride, the cardo will stay on until it runs out battery. even if the cardo isn't connected to anything

The app needs work. I have tons of connectivity issues. my phone will be connected instantly where I can play music and take calls while the cardo app is telling me it cant find the device leaving me unable to connect to friends to chat while riding. Its hit or miss. Take this review as you want but do know im technologically challenged!

I've had this for 3 years, if you want to talk to people on a ride, it's absolutely worthless. It's paired to your phone already, the app can't find it. You finally get it to work, your unit drops out 35 seconds after you take off. It's only good for listening to music, do not expect to be able to talk to anybody consistently on a ride. Also, remember to turn the music volume up in the settings, every single time, or you won't hear it at max volume. Your settings DO NOT SAVE.
