Just like everyone else, got a new phone, installed app. When I try to sign in, Cardo sends a link to my email that doesn't work. Tried it with two different email addresses, Chrome/Edge, and tried downloading the updater direct from Cardo instead of the Play Store. Same problem every time. I can connect my phone using BT, but the Cardo app won't find the unit when it's 6 inches away so none of the functionality is available. Tech support just says get on the site and contact tech support......

I had the issue with not being able to click the registration email. I used my phone and a laptop. I finally used a VPN to set the laptops location moving it from my home in Florida to California and clicked it and it worked instantly. From there all seamless. Cardo, get your act together. There are hundreds of posts explaining the issue. App seems OK so far.

Just like all of the others, won't connect only through the app. On top of that the instructions to put the phone into pairing mode just shuts it off haha. I'm not visiting your site for "Technical Support" when your app doesn't know how the headset works. What a waste of money. My Sena still works perfectly after 5 years. I shouldn't have switched.
