Long Way To Go - App does not keep the screen alive. Your paired riders can drop their music on you. Acknowledging the presence of your already paired unit is very slow. Volume controls aren't easy to manage nor normalize. Music function doesn't see music in the music folder on Android devices. However it apparently will work with streaming apps that I would never use (low to no signal where I ride most) and doesn't like my player.

The latest firmware and app updates have ruined the rider experience. The connection process was previously cumbersome but tolerable and somehow it has become worse. Grouping and connection issues along with short battery life have made the communication system unusable. One would think this would be a high priority to fix but that is not the case. Cardo use to have an edge on its competitors but I don't believe this is the case anymore.

Many many "device cannot be found". Twice got to "uploading" to 99% then error and it stopped. I have no idea if I got it or not. I can't tell what firmware version I may have. I wasted many many hours. Then I tried the Windows version of the updater and it took forever to download. Then I had to reboot the computer. Then it said to connect Packtalk with computer with the Cardo cable. My computer uses USB3. No matter because even then there's no button to push to start the update.
