Ratings and reviews

The recent update to the app doesn't accommodate Android users who prefer a larger system font. I use the Samsung Sans font set to position 3, the 3rd position from the left.on the Android font size settings sliding bar. In this setting, much of the text on the screen is truncated. This was not a problem in the last version of the app. I'm very disappointed that this issue was not uncovered in beta testing.

your pages don't load properly in the internet format or the app format. You send emails showing a new listing, but when I open it, it's for a different car than the one in the email. And worse, you send me info on cars that are far away and not within the parameters of my indicated distance. You're making it more frustrating to shop for a car than it's worth.

Super laggy app. Can't click on anything, freezes. Edit: 4/16/24 - I'm not sure what they're trying to do with this app, but it's god awful now. Just revert it to the way it was last year. New search option sucks too. Still freezes & lags. Will switch to AutoTrader. Edit: 4/24/24 - The drop-down is even worse. Can't actually click on a make or model and have it hold the value, just changes. Can't believe it got even worse.
