Ratings and reviews

I'm unhappy with this app. The search function doesn't seem to accurately know distance. The notifications are misleading. They will say we have 2 new cars for you, I'll click on it and be directed to a list of 75+ cars.... The filter options on the search function are also not entirely helpful, they don't align with my needs.

your pages don't load properly in the internet format or the app format. You send emails showing a new listing, but when I open it, it's for a different car than the one in the email. And worse, you send me info on cars that are far away and not within the parameters of my indicated distance. You're making it more frustrating to shop for a car than it's worth.

Super laggy app. Can't click on anything, freezes. Edit: 4/16/24 - I'm not sure what they're trying to do with this app, but it's god awful now. Just revert it to the way it was last year. New search option sucks too. Still freezes & lags. Will switch to AutoTrader. Edit: 4/24/24 - The drop-down is even worse. Can't actually click on a make or model and have it hold the value, just changes. Can't believe it got even worse.
