Ratings and reviews

From all the courier apps i have, this is by far the worst! 1. The pickup locations in the app have nothing to do with reality. I found myself several times circling buildings just to find the locker! 2. Several times IT WASN'T A LOCKER! What kind of courier firm in 2024 still leaves the packages in random shops for the employees to give them to you??? And as an added bonus, the adress on the app for the package was in one shop and the adress on the sms text I got from Cargus was in another one.

Useless app with very few functionalities, lot of bugs and long waiting time for customer support. Also, the actual location of the locker is not the same as shown in the app. It is really annoying that you must be near the locker with Bluetooth and location activated. If someone is unable to arrive physically, there's no chance that some friend can go and pick it up for you, so the package will be returned.

Absolutely useless app and horrible services. I have the app but you don't get notifications from it, you get sms or email that you will get a package. These are sent at random times like 10:44 when you are already at the office. The email says the app lets you "take control of your delivery" but actually you don't get anything except the pin which you already had. Can't reschedule or change address like Fan or Sameday. No courier phone number, no chat and no one answers callcenter. Garbage
