This app is a complete joke. There's so much happening on screen that it legit clogs the arteries of your phone so it takes forever loading to the next screen. And if you made a mistake on an order, just restart the order completely, it would be a lot faster. And what's with those rewards? If you want to redeem any rewards, I hope you're athletic enough to do a hop, skip, and a jump because there are so many requirements. Carl's Jr is by far the most annoying food app when it comes to this.

I just moved January 1st. I am point 2 mi from a Carl's Jr. couldn't wait to order. I saw that I was going to be able to get something free with my first order through the app. I have spent almost 45 minutes, tried six times and it will not let me redeem it and gives me oops. I go to my settings and clear the cache. nothing listed in my order showing that it's actually there. so, for all the trouble you gave me today, extremely irritating, I'm going to uninstall the app and never eat at any of y

I've tried 2 times now to go to Carl's jr during "appy hour" and get a shake for 25% off. I've updated my app, clicked to redeem the offer, and then put the item I want in my bag. Go to check out and no mention of discount or reward. So I go ahead and click pay and it charges me full price for the item. Needless to say there won't be a third time. I'll just go elsewhere.
