Ratings and reviews

Wouldn't send me a confirmation email. I tried two separate times with two separate emails and phone numbers. It will never send a confirmation email, in any inbox. I have reinstalled the app. I have tried using Facebook. I have tried logging in with Google. It "fails to access external account" every time. I submitted a customer service request and have not gotten an email back. Most frustrating experience ever I just want my free hangover burger. Very dissapointed.

It's a new app for me but so far so good. The first time I used it, it was quicker than sitting in the drive thru. I just walked on and my order was already ready. When trying to get certain things, like my free gift for joining the rewards program, it doesn't work. I tried adding it with other things I was already picking up from my online order and although the timer was still going, I couldn't get my stuff? the guy scanned the code and told me nope, it didn't go thru. Twice..

2/19/25: I'm surprised the ratings are so high for an app that doesn't work. Can't log in because they don't send verification emails. I still got a promotional email, so they're clearly able to send emails. Reviews say this has been going on since December, and they still haven't fixed it. Why? For anyone that isn't already logged in the app is useless. EDIT 3/7/25: It's been 13 days since I sent an email to guest relations. They still haven't sent me anything. I still can't sign in. 👎
