I download this app every few months hoping it will work properly. It's still broken. This time, It could not locate/unlock my old rewards account so I opened a new account. I received a welcome reward notification for one free item including Famous Star w/cheese. I tapped the notification and selected a Famous Star w/cheese from the item menu that popped up. I had other items in my cart to meet any purchase requirement... at checkout, "Sorry, something went wrong" item not eligible. Good Lord.

Filled my app. shopping bag and went to place the order. I got an error and the bag was empty. So I did the order again with some changes. Same thing. Error. So I just gave up and went inside of the store to order. Well, I checked my bank this morning. I was charged for both failed orders. The app says orders are final and cannot be refunded online. I have contacted them, but everything is AI and automated. Might have to fight this with my bank. SMH.

there are several issues with this app: 1) you can't use rewards to purchase any food item you want, you have to select from a very limited set of options. That's dumb. 2) there's no obvious way (or maybe no way at all?) to clear/reset the current order. I've been going round and round in the app with it telling me I can't add another promo, but I can't clear what I have. Let me do an order reset.
