Ratings and reviews

I'd have to say this is probably the worst app compared to other fast food restaurants. It is not user friendly at all, it's a mission to use the rewards, no sku scanning option to earn points, you have to order online to use the offers or rewards, etc. Almost makes you not want to deal with the points. Think the whole app and points system needs a change.

If you set the location permission of the app to "ask every time", then it works. But, if location is off and you enter a zip code, the app is useless. This is an example of poor coding, and it needs to be fixed. What is weird is that you can do pickup through Doordash, but not through the app. Very strange. Also, the favorites are lost after you leave the app.

It's nice to get rewards but there are some technical issues with the app. First is the background usage. When you close the app it still runs in the background which needlessly drains the battery. There doesn't seem to be a way to stop this without manually turning it off. Second applying rewards is a hassle. You have to pick the item exactly to pick a reward and you can't order it from the rewards page. Third the application needlessly uses resources.
