I received an email on Monday, Jan 22 2024 for a half priced Sourdough Star, when I opened the app and placed to order I got charged full price, I went to the restaurant talked to manager and he said they can't do anything about it, I don't see the reason to waste my time on this app. Same as Wendy's app. ADDING to previous review since I got a response, I would say that whoever is writing the responses doesn't have the app. nor he receives marketing emails from Carl's Jr. I would say try it.

New issue where the app locks up after you look at 1 item. The only partial fix is to force close the app and clear the cash... but it only works 40 percent of the time. I always have to do it in person and waste the cashier's time. This needs to be fixed. The workers also tell me that it happens with various phones and various weird reasons. So you need to fix your app...

Filled my app. shopping bag and went to place the order. I got an error and the bag was empty. So I did the order again with some changes. Same thing. Error. So I just gave up and went inside of the store to order. Well, I checked my bank this morning. I was charged for both failed orders. The app says orders are final and cannot be refunded online. I have contacted them, but everything is AI and automated. Might have to fight this with my bank. SMH.
