Ratings and reviews

App works fine for the most part, but they definitely have a problem fulfilling online orders correctly. You take a chance with missing items, especially drinks. Other restaurants' workers seem to understand that a combo comes with a drink and have that ready. You're better off ordering in person or going elsewhere. I've uninstalled the app. I don't need to pay $20± for a fast food burger meal just to have things missing all the time.

every SINGLE time I have tried to use the app, there's a problem. not ONCE have I ever received a freebie (free item when buying another item) every coupon in the app I have never been able to use. the location cities are wrong so sometimes I don't even get my food I paid for cause I don't have a car to drive miles away to where they sent the order. when you try to report stuff in the app/click on "contact us", it takes you to a bunch of code, not a new page. so I have to report it to my bank

I recently joined the rewards on 05/31st/26. The app operates pretty smoothly. However, Carl's Jr has one of the least attractive rewards systems I have ever tried. Mostly due to their limitations with merely earning points. You can't scan more than one receipt in 24 hours. And just attempting to do so restarts that 24 hour wait period. Allegedly, the most reliable way to earn is via mobile ordering. But even then you can only earn 1k points/day. Ridiculous. Unlikely that I will stay a member.
