Edit: Today, 1/22/24, I got a push notification about Arby's new rewards program. Clicked on the link & went uo the app. When it loaded, I selected "login" for rewards and the app crashed multiple times. Very Frustrating! I would love to use the app more often, but I can't get signed in. The app loads, determines my location then l have to login every time. But I can't login, just changes color & sits there. Cannot use the Contacts & FAQs to open. Just sad.

OK app. Would be better if I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall it every time I use it. Also, doesn't give you many options to modify your order. For example - no salt fries, easy (or extra) sauce, etc. The ability to add comments would be helpful. If you make a change, be aware that unintended changes may occur. For instance, I used one of these deals for $1.00 any size fries. I ordered large, went back and made a change to my sandwich and didn't my notice my fries were changed to small.

*update: 1/13/24 since the new bug fix it still just sits and spins when I try to log in, that's if it doesn't outright stop.* App used to be nice, when it worked. We quit getting coupons in our local ad mailer, so I downloaded the app for a deal...you know, because Arby's is so expensive! Now, I can't even log in, even after multiple attempts and uninstalling and re-installing the app on my phone. Until it gets fixed, I guess I'll be ordering from an app that actually works. Super aggravating.
