it crashes,won't load. I've uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly it's ridiculous. I'm resigned to getting receipts and trying to load my "crowns" after. I have never been able to redeem bonus perks or freebies. a frustrating and worthless app. I used your contact link, it said "something went wrong, reload". same thing it always says. I can't even use your own fix link. it's broken. y'all finally admitted it's broken. I've uninstalled. won't bother with it anymore

For the last month the app hasn't worked for me. Every time I try to order anything it just says "try reloading". How many times do I need to reload in order to order food? Also to make matters worse I'm losing points. 2 Months later and I still can't order or get on the app. Nore have anyone contacted me.There is no telling how many points have been lost since I can't use the app. How many times I need to uninstall ,for the app can work .

Used to love the app until it started requiring users to put in a pickup time. I'm not sure why I can't just roll up to the drive thru, give my name, and have it cooked right then like most other fast food joints. The first several times I ordered without seeing that change, it sat there for a couple of hours before I picked up because I had no idea the change had been enacted, and it defaulted to "now."
