Ratings and reviews

Works great for ordering food, and that's it. I try to redeem an offer (like the Famous Star w/ cheese twofer Tuesdays push notification) it gives an error claiming I don't have the items right. I've tried the qty at 2 and then singular 1 & 1 getting the error no matter how I place the order. Chick-fil-A still has the best app and rewards IMO. If you don't have it yet, get it! I will be turning off notifications on this app since it's generally false advertising. Now off to order Chick-fil-A!

This app isn't very user-friendly or convenient. Many apps for fast-food gives you the option to apply the in-app coupon at the drive thru, which this one lacks. Most apps also simply apply the reward on the spot or give a camera option to scan the barcode for rewards, while this app requires the customer to type out the number. Plus, if cancelling an order (due to accidentally inputting the wrong location), it doesn't show up as cancelled right away nor does it make it easy to cancel the order.

App continually tells me that one or more of the items in my cart is currently unavailable but doesn't identify which item(s) so there is no way to modify my cart and therefore no way to place an order. This only seems to happen when I'm trying to apply an offer or redeem Stars, otherwise if I want to pay full price the app will let me proceed to the checkout screen.
