I have used Carmel for years. In the "olden days" I always complained about having to call and wait on hold when I arrived at the airport or that paying my bill could be a hassle at the airport if they couldn't get a connection. With the Carmel app I just click "I am here" when I arrive and pay in the app while enroute to the airport. It couldn't be easier!

Thia company no-showed my reservation at LaGuardia. I used the app to indicate my arrival and then the app went into perpetual "getting your car details" mode. So I called them. Three times. The time frame they provided for the car's arrival came and went three times. I canceled three other reservations that I had with them. If you read all of their positive reviews on Google Maps, very carefully, you'll discover that the vast majority of them receive $10 from the company for posting the review

Great experience so far just wish there was an ability to be able to change change pick up time yourself when airlines cancel or delay flights so you are not billed for canceling the trip. I called to have the time of my pick-up changed and it was pretty easy but if I didn't think about calling and wanted to just change the time through the app, there wasn't an option. The only option was to cancel but your card would still be billed. My driver was on time, courteous and a safe driver.
