I download the mobile manuals but it's not getting open can you fix this bug... I am trying but it shows some error

What's new
Updates include:
• Probe Calibration Reports will include the last two calibrations and all sensor data in between, for up to 28 days.
• Updated Events data
• Updated Warranty Lookup
• Updated DCX Download Reports
• Alarm 275 will no longer show up for properly configured units with USDA4/CARGO sensor disabled.
• Updated resolution parameter options in Controller Configuration
• Bug Fixes and Improvements
