Besides the very first time I logged in can't log in anymore. Now when I try it tells me sending dual verification code never get it. Then updated my phone number to the same number still doesn't work. Also when trying to sign in the app says I don't have a loan. ( I thought somebody paid off my house, I was happy for a sec) please update or fix. For now I just use the web app.

the quick pay feature some kind of buggy. like 60% of the time, it doesn't want to work. Also, I get annoyed having to get pulled over to the actual website for alot of the features and documents needed. It would be great if most things, or even better, everything, was available on the app without having to get pulled to the website. Otherwise, great app for paying my mortgage

The app stinks. There was nothing wrong with the old app. This new one is garbage. Cannot see the payment line amounts on the app. I nearly submitted a payment for over $50,000. When I was trying to add $50 to my escrow account. You can't see the numbers on the payment line. I started over again It took me about four times before I could get the correct amount added to my escrow. Fix it!
