Ratings and reviews

The app works like 60%, my concern is that it delays by 5min. When the car reaches a certain destination the app will show a car far behind. Meaning , if the car is stolen it will show where the car have passed by not exactly where the car is. There's no guarantee of car being found, because that 5 minutes will give thieves time to remove the device. Maybe this is only happening with my app, but I always update the app to try some luck. The other services services are top notch.

After installing the anti-jamming tag I've noticed that carwatch now takes over 10mins to notify me via an automated call, that the vehicle is moving. What's really annoying is that a second call comes through while you are on the 1st automated call and if you don't answer the system then proceeds to call next of kin. What is going on as I have been using this system for a while with no issues?

the app is incredibly slow, trying to reset my password, the confirmation email just doesn't come through and now I can't log in, thanks cartrack this useless, now I am paying for a service I cannot use. I will certainly start looking for other tracking companies if this App does not get improved. very very unsatisfied with this product would not recommend
