Ratings and reviews

The app (or perhaps the tracker itself) has been rather faulty these past couple of weeks. It seems to not be consistently updating the vehicle location and status like it used to. It can range from a couple of hours to an entire day at times. I have done the standard troubleshooting as well as reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Kindly attend to this please. Thank you.

With the 7.0.5 update there are a few bugs When you open the app, the map is zoomed out too far. you have to zoom in to fin your vehicle. the map does not move with the vehicle. the vehicle moves but the map stays were it last pinned. even though you select the "screen always on" option, it doesnt stay on. fix plz!!! previous version was much better

Location of vehicle is sometimes inaccurate and I had instances where the location wasn't updated for 2+ hours! This delay was in a metroplitan area with good cellphone coverage. Reports are inferior to your competitor's app. App is not as user friendly. Now also not showing vehicle location on startup on map (shows my own position). I have to go and search for vehicle first.
