Ratings and reviews

The app works like 60%, my concern is that it delays by 5min. When the car reaches a certain destination the app will show a car far behind. Meaning , if the car is stolen it will show where the car have passed by not exactly where the car is. There's no guarantee of car being found, because that 5 minutes will give thieves time to remove the device. Maybe this is only happening with my app, but I always update the app to try some luck. The other services services are top notch.

Doesn't work properly. Sometimes, it shows the car at a location where it's not. or shows the car as on when it is off and gives issues when I want to switch on the carwatch alert function. Reported it to cartrack and they keep saying they are busy fixing the issue but it's taking too long. Im paying for the car watch but can't even use it.

It sometimes doesn't show you where the vehicle is parked and for the past 4 months they've been double debiting my account. Months in still double debiting my account, and WhatsApp chat doesn't help or offer much it's like you talking to a robot. For the past 5 months now they have been deducting extra R59 and no help given when calling
