Order management and customer service is trash. I ordered some products 6 days ago and they are still stuck on confirmed. I complained to customer service and they replied with automated message and not picking up again.

I placed my 1st order from cartup hoping to have a good experience. But alas after seeing the box of my product, I now have a clear image how roughly cartup handles the products. They don't even publish negative review. Very disappointing experience. I don't plan on ordering from cartup after such incident.

The product looks okay but the app experience was disappointing. After placing the order, there was no clear cancel option available. It only showed “confirm order” and I couldn’t modify or cancel my purchase easily. The app should provide a simple cancellation button before shipment to avoid customer frustration.
