I've been using Cartup for a while now and I'm genuinely impressed. The app itself is fantastic and it's very fast, clean, and modern. The product looks okay but the app experience was disappointing. After placing the order, there was no clear cancel option available. It only showed “confirm order” and I couldn’t modify or cancel my purchase easily. The app should provide a simple cancellation button before shipment to avoid customer frustration.

Threre are lagged in the apps and and crashed after sometimes. returns process is worst ever. I requested for return but after 20 days no one communicate with me still now. If they don't fix the return process, then trust issue will be raised.
