Ratings and reviews

The customer service center’s service is very poor. Sometimes it takes 45–50 minutes, even up to 1 hour, to get a reply. However, other services like packaging and delivery were very fast, which I appreciated. But as soon as they gained some popularity, they increased the delivery charge from 80 to 85 🤦🏻 Overall, I mostly liked Cartup, but the customer care service or live chat is very bad ☹️

Overall nice but still a long way to go. Needs many refinements in the UI. The inability to change registered phone number is not acceptable, please change this as soon as possible.

This platform is quite frustrating. Once you place an order, you can't cancel it. Even after receiving the product, returns aren't allowed just because you don't like it-you have to provide explanations and go through a lot of hassle. Changing your mind isn't accepted. I've been shopping on Daraz for a long time, and they are far better than Cart Up in terms of service and convenience.
