Totalmente sin útil. Atascado en actualización de datos, como dicen otros. No responden a correos electrónicos y los empleados en las tiendas no saben nada. Update: This problem seems to affect CE cédulas only. It's been stuck for a year and nobody cares or does anything. But there is a workaround. Log on to Carulla from a PC browser, update your profile, and the app will work again. Shame Éxito. Maintaining one star. Shame.

Arhh Just go to Ara and save minimum 30% on everything at regular prices.. Not worth the time, only about 1 item every week i want to buy. App works ok, missing pictures on a lot of products, its guessing time.. Instead of updating this app or laughing all the way to the bank - Carulla should spend more time getting digital price system cause almost half the prices listed on the shelves is different at the register.

The in-app shopping tool is slow, buggy, doesn't show many items you know the store sells. MOST IMPORTANT, MISBEHAVING REPORT: THIS APP SOMETIMES STARTS CONSTANT GPS USE WHILE I'M NOT EVEN USING IT. Not even moving, like just sitting home, draining tons of battery and heating phone. Force closed app and location use notif disappears but restarts mins later. Had to uninstall. Are you guys tracking your customer's locations? Unacceptable.
