please add the option to invest or trade, you'd be the number #1 app in Morocco, beating all other banks if you do. also the option to have the bank cards delivered to your house. every time I go to buy one they either ran out or don't have it. otherwise 10/10 app, no complains so far. It's very user-friendly, easy to access, the staff who verify you are super quick, honestly? I'm so surprised that a Moroccan app could be this good. Just a few things needed here and there and it'd be perfect.

My account was blocked without any reason, I can no longer send or receive money. I contacted customer support, and they told me to visit the agency. When I went there, they told me they couldn't do anything and I need to contact online support. No one has given me a reason why, my balance is stuck in the app, and I have no access to my funds for more than 3 days. 9alik digitalisation.

Technical errors, unprofessional handling of errors, and delays I only received a refund of 49 dirhams, but I have to wait 10 days. ????!!!!!
