This is one of the worst trading apps by far, not only their UI and servers are down right bad but their customer service will not respond to you after every other day than the time you message them. My advice: look for alternatives. They're quick to open your account, but once you're in, don't expect any real support.

Pathetic experience so far. The app frequently crashes, won't log me in, and the option to start a virtual demo account is completely broken. It gives no error codes, just leaves you stuck on the screen. Very poor first impression for a beginner trying to use JS Global. Please fix these stability bugs.

This app is full of errors. I wasn't even able to create an account because the registration process kept failing. If users can't register properly, how can they trust the app with their personal information or transactions? The developers need to fix these basic issues before asking people to use the platform. I do not recommend this app.
