I have been trading for several years but I never came across such a pathetic service. It's literally impossible to deposit money as the CS doesn't respond I can't buy anything because when I try to buy a small amount it rejects it but sometimes it let's me buy even small amounts. No consistency in the buy/sell. Sometimes the app gives an error participant not allowed to do business and then it magically starts to work after some time.

Multiple issues that need to be resolved. 1. During log in, it usually shuts down.. you have to attempt 5-6 attempts after that it starts 2. the research portal shows no internet connection even with a strong wifi and shuts down. 3. Right now, we don't have the option to withdraw or deposit money in the account ourselves. we have to transfer the amount, show it to the trader who then gets the amount withdrawn or deposited and this whole procedure takes 4-6 hours which is huge opportunity cost.

Truly the worst service I have ever experienced. It took them 12 days to open my account, and that too after 10 days of continuous follow-ups. Now it’s been 20 days since I deposited the initial balance, but it still hasn’t been credited to my account. On top of that, I keep getting random emails showing my permanent address changed automatically. Despite sending multiple emails to customer care, there has been absolutely no response. Pathetic service!
