This is one of the worst trading apps by far, not only their UI and servers are down right bad but their customer service will not respond to you after every other day than the time you message them. My advice: look for alternatives. They're quick to open your account, but once you're in, don't expect any real support.

I've tried several investing apps, and this is by far the worst. Customer support is terrible, I called three times and emailed twice with no reply. Each call promised my PIN would arrive in 20 minutes, but it's been 24 hours. I wish I could give it less than one star

They won’t even facilitate opening an account, let alone help with problems faced afterward. I submitted the form a month ago and I’m stuck now. They are neither opening my account nor providing me with a UKN so I can open an account with other securities. They don’t even deserve a single star.
