Good features, but very unreliable order placement. This has happened multiple times: I place an order, it doesn’t appear in order logs or in the stock’s order book, but the amount gets blocked in pending orders and I can’t trade anymore. This looks like a serious system sync issue. Please fix the order management and ensure funds are released if an order fails. This kind of issue hurts trust in a trading app.

There is a security issue after login: the app forces me to change my password even though I don’t want to. The password policy is extremely weak, allowing only 8–12 characters, no special characters, and only alphanumeric input, which is easy to brute-force. The app also shows no internet even when it works. Customer support is zero.

unreliable app. displays wrong averages, wrong profit, loss everything. nothing is correct except your share holding and current market rates. it displayed realized profit as 600 while it was actually around only 200. webterminal is also useless. no exposure report, cannot see my current holding, order details for a specific symbol ...... it's all unreliable.
