Total fraud. First they made me submit the form after following up repeatedly, and then they also transferred the amount to their own account. On top of that, they said that within 3 to 4 days I would receive the password and the registration would be completed. The password that I received is not working. Multiple issues that need to be resolved. 1. During log in, it usually shuts down.. you have to attempt 5-6 attempts after that it starts 2. the research portal shows no internet connection even with a strong wifi and shuts down. 3. Right now, we don't have the option to withdraw or deposit money in the account ourselves. we have to transfer the amount, show it to the trader who then gets the amount withdrawn or deposited and this whole procedure takes 4-6 hours which is huge opportunity cost.

unreliable app. displays wrong averages, wrong profit, loss everything. nothing is correct except your share holding and current market rates. it displayed realized profit as 600 while it was actually around only 200. webterminal is also useless. no exposure report, cannot see my current holding, order details for a specific symbol ...... it's all unreliable.
