I've used LemFi for a long time and appreciate the smooth service. However, I've noticed that the exchange rates offered by LemFi are often lower than those of competitors like Taptap Send and Sendwave. While the points system is a nice idea, the value of the points doesn't make up for the difference in exchange rates. In the end, the amount my recipients receive matters more than earning points. Unless the rates improve, I'll be using other apps that offer better value.

Your app can be handful sometimes. Trying to send money to my mum for over 24hrs.i only just succeeded . This is not the only time it has happened. it's keeps saying an error has occured. Something seriously has to be done to stop this epileptic services. The last time it happened, i stayed off the app for over year. only just returned. The recipient needed the cash on the other side. Now the exchange rate dropped before i could conclude my transaction. My honest disposition.

This app is useless to me. For more than a week I have been trying to verify my identity and the app is telling me to change my post code. A post code I have used close to 14 years now. Aside that, no option to input a different post code if you wanted to. Yes, I have seen that their rate is better than it competitors but their customer service is even the worst. Everyone is replying to my emails and phone calls without providing solution to the problem. This is crazy is almost 2weeks now.
