App is hard to use, and hard to find simple tasks (like adding an external transfer account). that process is also outdated, using "transfer amounts" to verify like back in the 90s instead of modern tech like Plaid to instantly verify accounts. when you have a problem customer service is unhelpful and says it's your fault. they tell you to update your app (already using the most up to date version).

I don't like how it requires you set up finger prints on your phone after the recent update. I keep having to re-do it on my phone every time clean off my phone case screen now, and some times twice a day, but i have to or the app won't let me do anything if i just use my regular password.. other then that the apps pretty easy to use.

absolutely trash now. it was fine with a pin for accessing because I don't use device security so I can access my phone quicker. this version of the app has made it more difficult to use in order to push you into using their choice of device security. keep off of my phone. bring back pin access!!! this is trash!
