App is hard to use, and hard to find simple tasks (like adding an external transfer amount). that process is also outdated, using "transfer amounts" to verify like back in the 90s instead of modern tech like Plaid to instantly verify accounts. you have to remember to go back in, and if you forget you have to restart the process (with limited attempts until that account is forever blocked). very bad app, and not a customer- friendly bank.

This bank app is constantly unavailable due to loading errors. That's not good when you need to view your account! It honestly messes up around 3 times a week! sometimes more! UPDATE: Still, constantly getting errors when I try checking my account. This app absolutely sucks and it's not just me. my husband, daughter and friend are also always having trouble with it! They won't fix the app bugs and you can never correctly see what's in your account.

This new update is horrible for signing in. You have to have a lock on your phone and biometrics to open the app or you have to remember your user ID and password or save your user ID and password with another company. I liked opening the app with a pin. It was easy and I can check my transactions quickly, any time. An app should not force their customers to have their phone locked to use a pin. it should be a choice not an ultimatum.
