Ratings and reviews

The app overall is generally just fine. It's easy enough to navigate and use. They recently updated the DriveEasy dashboard and made it harder to correct errors in things like phone handling. They hid the stuff from you so you have to go searching that much further for it, which just feels like a ploy to get people to have a worse overall driving score and therefore pay more for their coverage.

Drive easy is WAY too invasive and ridiculously inconsistent. Don't touch, literally touch, your phone while in your car or you'll get dinged. At a full stop in heavy traffic and want to find a different route? Dinged. Using a Bluetooth and answer a call by pressing the answer button on the phone instead of the Bluetooth? Dinged. Actually stop at a yellow light instead of blowing it? Dinged for hard braking. Looking for a different provider.

There are too many loading and processing times when trying to do something. I'm tired of staring at the lizard with the spinning circle while waiting for a simple page to load. The app is easy to navigate, but the only drawback is the waiting for a page to process. Sometimes, it stays processing and doesn't load at all. It's hard to pull insurance info or make changes when the app doesn't process like it should.
