Although I haven't quit smoking yet I love this app of keeping track I set limit for every 4 hours I could smoke first week 2nd and 3rd week every 5 hours hopefully next week every six hours and eventually stop! I have cut back drastically I was smoking a pack a day! This app definitely has helped
Overall it helps me realize how much I smoke and the changes I've made. It's good to see tangible progress, not just suspected progress. Does its job well. Too much memory storage though. It has to retain the days, I get that, but it seems like it could take up less room.
This app is great ... clean, direct and effective. No nonsense filler "stuff" like so many other apps and excellent components. The only suggestion I would propose is the ability to set a decreasing goal schedule which would encourage users to reduce smoking over time.
Perfect. Helps me keep track of how many cigs I am consuming and at what intervals. Good if r trying to reduce.
GREAT APP!!! I reduced my cig intake from 40 per day to less than half in days. Looking forward to the next week 😊 I started using this app and 19 days later with aid of a patch and nicorette mints I am day 2 of being smoke free 😇 thank you smoking log. YOU ROCK!!!!
It helps me keep a running total on how much ive smoked recently and lets me see any increases ive made and helps me curb them back down so i dont make my way up to a pack a day.
