I can't log in with the app because it says invalid login or password, yet the login information the app rejects works if I go through a browser. The CDCFCU representative I spoke to says "the app doesn't always work". Wow. So instead of taking my chances that it MIGHT work "sometimes" and becoming frustrated with delays when it doesn't, I'm uninstalling it. I suggest others not even waste their time downloading it in the first place.

I believe that this app is easy enough to use. However, it is missing a way to contact a person, or at least I could not find it. A direct chat function and link from a phone number to a dialer would be useful.

I love most of the functions, but some require more instruction for this feeble mind. The picture taking of checks to deposit drives me crazy; one has to hold one's mouth a certain way to fit the check in the frame to get all 4 corners, see all codes, etc. I see it, why doesn't the system?
