I just discovered with the latest update that you can't see your loyalty discount until AFTER you place the order. Disappointed with the latest update, I can no longer select more than 1 extra shot in customization, you can check for an extra shot, but not how many as you used to be able to. Very sucky, game changer for me! Seasonal selection changes, easy ordering, ready to pick up when I arrive, always awesome customer service!! Loyalty perks are a great bonus! Customer service is great too!

new update way too buggy, makes it impossible to place/Complete orders for certain selections. Update: found out that the specific location has been out of multiple ingredients for certain drinks for multiple weeks. So as a result app still has certain drinks listed that can't be ordered. Let's get Melville their milk and protein back people!

The new app is a disappointment. Before you would get notifications about rewards and promotions, and they gave expiration dates. Now everything is in an "inbox" on the app, no way to know what active promotion or reward you have without checking it, and no idea when it expires, including birthday rewards. They still have no option to add the "homemade caramel" to any drink, like the cortado, because the caramel option is for the caramel liquid syrup, not the caramel sauce.
