Great application and company, but with one major problem in the app: it does not include your apartment number when they farm the delivery to UberEats, even when it is explicitly listed. So if you order delivery, you have to keep your phone next to you at all times and be available to answer it. This makes the native app more difficult to use than third party apps. Have reported it twice and been promised the developers will take a look, but the problem remains with each order.

The new app is a disappointment. Before you would get notifications about rewards and promotions, and they gave expiration dates. Now everything is in an "inbox" on the app, no way to know what active promotion or reward you have without checking it, and no idea when it expires, including birthday rewards. They still have no option to add the "homemade caramel" to any drink, like the cortado, because the caramel option is for the caramel liquid syrup, not the caramel sauce.

Love Gregorys coffee, friendly atmosphere, the employees are wonderful, prompt, and always has a smile on their face. The food, service and coffee is very good. I prefer Gregorys over another high profile coffee brand.
