Great food but the app has some issues. Won't let you use loyalty points, and selecting a pickup time at the start of the order is senseless, most times it will tell you it's too soon after you make your selection, so you have go back and start all over.

I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with the app. When I checked your account I saw that you had 416 points. The first loyalty offer is 500 points for $3 off - so once you get 84 more points you will be able to redeem them!
We are working on new logic for the time selector and it will be ready within a few months!
Not fair charging a $1 per online order , then waiting 30 min plus for food, they lucky i like the food!!!
Not a very good app. Needs lots of work. Won't connect to local store. Can't easily view rewards or use them. Can't even order. So, I am not sure what kind if app it is really supposed to be. The inky thing I can do is scan my code at the store or use my phone number to get rewards. So, I could do all that without the app.
