The app is kind of pointless if you can't use it to mobile order. Which I can't at my restaurant. You have to use an external website. Which only allows you to do curbside at that. And I tested a bunch of other locations randomly in Florida and Mississippi and all of them are the same way. I much prefer to use mobile ordering for drive-thru service because at least then I can avoid what just happened whereas The person taking my order messed up inputting it.

It's honestly a really bad experience. The app will not remember your login information, so you must do that yourself, unlike all other apps I have on my phone. You don't actually order anything through the app, it just directs you to a link on their website and you order from there. Rendering the app completely useless. A side note, you can't order at a drive through like a normal restaurant and must order through the app (or website).

application needs improvement. Picking the pickup time before the food is stupid. It may take you 10 minutes to get the order entered and the time you picked at the start ( defaults to 10 minutes) would already be ... 'now' when you place the order. It sets a bad impression at the first checkout. The account setup does not honor all valid email address values. The (local only) account requires a moronic password complexity that has been deprecated by NIST. Overall, very poor design IMO.
