The app is kind of pointless if you can't use it to mobile order. Which I can't at my restaurant. You have to use an external website. Which only allows you to do curbside at that. And I tested a bunch of other locations randomly in Florida and Mississippi and all of them are the same way. I much prefer to use mobile ordering for drive-thru service because at least then I can avoid what just happened whereas The person taking my order messed up inputting it.

App is fine, automatic tip needs to be turned off. You're a counter-service establishment. When I order through the app I'm literally picking up at the window. I even have to remind the staff to check my meal. I'm not going to tip.

its a little bit complicated . not.user friendly but I got through it although there's a.different menu on google than the app . hope the food is good my first time ordering here
