Ratings and reviews

The App to order generic stuff is great but when you try to do specific stuff like choose a daily offer or even try and redeem your points, it just tells you that you can't do it because the only thing it says is that you didn't order the correct thing. This has been an issue for months I'd say and I have updated the app already. Literally the only thing that's preventing me from giving it a 5 star rating. Hope they fix this issue.

Used to be one of the easiest fast food apps. Even after a steep learning curve to figure out nav in the new app (July 2025), it's now one of the worst food apps I use. And the new Olo system is a 2nd system stores had to add. Further, the Tex's Spurs used to be SO easy, use as few or many spurs to reduce cost so you can always keep your meal under $10. Loved it. Now you have to use pts on what THEY make avail. I eat <1/3 of what I used to.

It can be improved. There should be a "save order" option, plus update individual stores to show what they actually have or not. Some places don't sell salads or bottled sodas, so when you order ahead you have to replace it with something else after they tell you they don't have the items. One store I frequent shows salads and mac and cheese on the app, but they never have them. Also why do we have to type "yes" each time we choose a place? It's annoying!
