I received multiple emails from Zeeks asking me to use the app, and offering a $10 coupon for doing so. I downloaded the app, selected the coupon, placed the order, and didn't receive the discount. The app is very buggy. It took 3 attempts to enter payment info and crashed once. Now I see two pending charges on my credit card account.

Been a zeeks fan for 15 years. This app and zeeks in general has gone completely downhill. Terrible app. Last two orders were messed up. One for pickup and given the wrong pizza. The other for delivery and the integration with door dash did not work at all. Driver delivered to wrong place and to someone else. People on phone try to help to no avail... Absolutely will never order from zeeks again and if they looked at my history I've probably spent over 3-5k thru the years. Terrible!

I should have trusted the reviews, this app is terribly done. Tiny non-standard input fields (4 pixel click targets), lost promo code when switching from pickup to delivery. I don't trust this company with my payment info, which is unfortunate, as Zeek's has switched their web ordering portal to the same company. :/
