Haven't got any bugs, glitches or performance issues yet. The payment gateway seems below par and less protected but it gets the work done at least. There are no options for biometric verification, some options don't work (interruption calendar, map), the app is very inconsistent and a bit cluttered. A cleaner, modern UI with simplified navigation + better protection will make this app way better.

Would have given the app 5stars if it didn't have the following issues: 1. The app doesn't have an option to check your current invoice or past invoices. 2. The interruption calendar doesn't update correctly. When times are updated on power interruptions, it has both the new and old time. Which is a bit annoying. Hoping CEB IT team can fix these issues 3. The map feature no longer works to see power interruptions.

Not fit for purpose anymore. It used to be a good app and I could pay my bills easily from anywhere in the world. It doesn't let me log in anymore. Tried resetting the password. Not letting me reset. Reading all the comments, I understand that CEB is not bothered about the customers anymore. They just want to rip us off. When we can't see the bill and cannot pay on time means they can charge us more. Shame on you CEB. ***If you fix this issue I'll review my comments accordingly.
