I really wish there was a way that I could have the app keep me signed in especially when at the park. the app also doesn't apply any pass-member discounts to purchases. the employee in the park are stupid and incompetent so trying to do ANYTHING in the park is nearly impossible. I tried to buy all day dining and the haunt passes in the park but Guest services told me they COULD NOT help.

Several issues with the updated app that I'm hoping they will get resolved soon. 1. The wait times will randomly stop showing and are way off 2. The favorites are inconsistent. It usually says I don't have any. But if I go to a ride I marked as a favorite the heart will be solid and when I tap it it'll say "something went wrong" 4. I got meal passes and added them in the app, then when I went to use them it said there was an issue and nothing showed. Frustrating when standing at the register!

The app seems more geared towards selling tickets, passes, and extras than helping with park navigation and wait times. The new updates buried the features that help you know what rides are running, how long it takes to ride them, as well as where to find them. Unless I need to show my passes, this app is mostly useless. Wifi in the parks makes this app run really slow (especially on more crowded days), and sometimes it takes longer for the app to load than it takes to get on the rides.
