About this app

Ceilora Project Hub is an on-device workspace for ceiling and wall contractors who want project notes, quoting, and material math in one place. It does not connect to a backend service; records are stored in a local database on your phone or tablet.

On first launch the app may preload sample services, quotes, projects, and company profile text so screens are not empty. You can edit, add, or delete your own records; figures on the home dashboard are calculated from whatever is stored locally, not from live job-site feeds.

Home shows a summary for the period you select (week, month, quarter, or year): active projects, open quote totals, revenue-style totals from approved work, jobs marked for today, recent activity, and quote amounts grouped by status.

Services is a searchable catalogue with categories. Open an entry for overview text, duration and price ranges, and planning notes. You can mark services as saved locally for quick reference.

Quotes supports search and filters. Create or edit quotes with client labels, dates, status, tax and discount fields, notes, and multiple line items. View detail, duplicate, or delete quotes you no longer need.

The Measure section opens the Ceiling and Wall Material Estimator: enter room dimensions, tile or panel choices, waste factors, and related inputs. The app calculates quantities and cost-style totals on the device, saves runs to history, and lets you share a text summary through your installed share apps. Results are planning estimates only—not a binding construction quote or engineering certification.

Projects can be added and tracked through stages such as inquiry, measuring, quoted, scheduled, in progress, and completed. Log activity on a project, open detail, edit fields, or remove a project.

Company opens timeline, team, we, where, about, and contact pages for the business profile bundled with the app. Contact actions use your phone’s dialer, email, or maps apps when available.
