What is this poor attempt of saving budgets? I get that you're combined already, but is there really a need to combine the app as well and make it so that MyDigi and Celcom Life unusable. I also don't like the fact that I have to verify my account with ID and all that. Isn't it enough to verify it when we first purchase the sim card? This feels more like a blatant attempt of taking someone's info. Edit: I check a little bit more and it seems there's not a lot of unlimited internet plans now.

First issues was the payment methods. When I want to buy data, or doing some add-ons, I need to recharge the credit balance first compare to the old version where you just can use the banking online directly. Second, it took longer to use this app, and it much more complicated than the old version, and there are no different at all, the connection was still bad. please help us as the consumer to make our work easier, I been using this Telco (Digi) for a long period of time.

Whats the point of making an app that doesn't work? Even logging in is a pain due to the extremely slow load time. If I somehow manage to log in, i can't perform actions. Tried to buy data and check my bill, was stuck on the loading screen for a good 10 minutes before the message 'something went wrong' pops up. Bloody hell, this whole merger went wrong!
