What is this poor attempt of saving budgets? I get that you're combined already, but is there really a need to combine the app as well and make it so that MyDigi and Celcom Life unusable. I also don't like the fact that I have to verify my account with ID and all that. Isn't it enough to verify it when we first purchase the sim card? This feels more like a blatant attempt of taking someone's info. Edit: I check a little bit more and it seems there's not a lot of unlimited internet plans now.

Terrible apps in this current AI generation in 2026. Who ever design this apps should resign from the company immediately. During early stage, this apps start with "beta" version with no payment history available (now ok). Today, still can't pay multiple number in 1 payment compare to celcom apps previously, apps very slow, latest issue - pop up error appear everytime when I want to pay via credit card and mention the session has expired eventhough the process is really fast. You may lose cust.

Terrible app compared to the old MyDigi one. Incredibly slow to load with with a very inefficient layout. Froze at the login screen the first time I opened it. When trying to buy a roaming plan, I can only see two very limited short term plans instead of the ones with unlimited high speed advertised on the website. Do you not even want my money?
