What is this poor attempt of saving budgets? I get that you're combined already, but is there really a need to combine the app as well and make it so that MyDigi and Celcom Life unusable. I also don't like the fact that I have to verify my account with ID and all that. Isn't it enough to verify it when we first purchase the sim card? This feels more like a blatant attempt of taking someone's info. Edit: I check a little bit more and it seems there's not a lot of unlimited internet plans now.

honestly what is going on with this app? my payment keep on not going through. i have no bill that's overdue, so i thought maybe it was my line that's not good, but even after getting good line, it's still saying "oops! your payment didn't go through." i Already tried a lot of times, even after waiting for a around 2 hours, it's still the same. please fix it.

The app will not open, And it'll say "Something went wrong, ERROR" when I try it. Either that or it just takes forever to load. Maybe it's because of my app being outdated, will update review if so. Currently 1 star. Also a dark mode would be nice. Update:Same problem, Just that there's an extra step where I have to press "Send OTP" before getting the privilege of looking at the celcomdigi logo for an hour or two.
