What is this poor attempt of saving budgets? I get that you're combined already, but is there really a need to combine the app as well and make it so that MyDigi and Celcom Life unusable. I also don't like the fact that I have to verify my account with ID and all that. Isn't it enough to verify it when we first purchase the sim card? This feels more like a blatant attempt of taking someone's info. Edit: I check a little bit more and it seems there's not a lot of unlimited internet plans now.

This app has a lot of bugs. It keeps auto-exit whenever I open. Reloading with TNG is never successful I have to go to Google and search for the reload page for it to work. When my data runs out and I want to buy another plan, it doesn't allow me to. It keeps showing errors like "unsuccessful" or "unable to purchase plan." I can't even find a human customer service agent to assist me. Instead, it keeps giving me a useless AI chatbot that's not helpful at all. Fix your 💩 app can anot?

What the hell is going on with my CelcomDigi roaming connection? I am currently overseas, and the service is either completely unavailable or extremely unstable. I cannot use my mobile data properly when I need it most. This is absolutely unacceptable—customers pay for roaming specifically to stay connected abroad, not to waste time repeatedly restarting their phones and troubleshooting your service.
