If you are looking to have an Israeli phone number while using your UK SIM card, then Secnum application is the solution.

The secondary number allows you to make calls from your mobile phone using a secondary Israeli mobile number on your existing UK SIM card, regardless of which mobile operator you are subscribed to. The two numbers are on the same mobile phone.

You can use the number to receive SMS messages from other Israeli numbers.

The calls are limited only to Israeli numbers. It is restricted to dial premium numbers, abroad or to the Palestinian Authority.

A great option to call for Israel for a low cost. Mostly, the calls are impeccable, but it do happen sometimes, that it disconnect without an explanation. again it rare, but happens. the only disadvantage for me is that they didn't fix yet the identification to telephone systems by typing /dialing numbers. My ID number has the 9 key in it, and it does not work, so when I call systems in Israel that ask me to type in my ID number, I can't do it and the call sometimes failing.

Horrible.. Pass on this app!!! They give you a phone number and then delete it when they want. I'm sorry that I ever found this app. Made flyers with the number they gave me and now poof, it's gone, with all the work and money for making and distributing flyers. First they told me the number was given away because I hadn't used it for 3 months. Now they have another excuse. I have never used the number because the flyers are for teaching and most people do not want to learn during the summer. Now that calls will come, I have no number. The comment they wrote here shows their dishonesty.

Nice app that works pretty well. The only thing I cannot catch is the Premium subscription price that currently stands for 27.90 ils/month. Isn't it more easy just to buy another SIM for the same (or even lower) price? 2SIM smartphones are so common nowdays.
